A
VoIP
and
Networking
solution
for
small/medium
size
businesses

easily
being
installed
without
pulling
new
wires
within
premises,
combining
Mitel
VoIP
products
and
Corinex
Intelligent
PowerNet
Networking
devices.
Such
a
solution
provides
an
excellent
platform
to
satisfy
communications
and
networking
requirements
for
many
small/medium
size
companies
with
up
to
approximately
20
users.Special
considerations
have
to
be
worked
out,

Powerline
Communication
Corinex
Intelligent
PowerNet
adapters
(USB,
PCI,
Ethernet
and
Wireless)
are
designed
to
use
existing
AC
electrical
wiring
within
the
home
as
a
networking
physical
medium.
Robust
performance
in
the
electrical
noisy
power
line
channel
is
made
possible
by
the
use
of
the
Orthogonal
Frequency
Division
Multiplexing
(OFDM).
This
multi-carrier
modulation
scheme
allows
devices
to
dynamically
"learn
the
channel"
–
data
can
be
shifted
from
one
carrier
to
another
as
real
time
noise
and
attenuation
conditions
change.
The
OFDM
technology
finds
the
low
noise,
low
attenuation
portions
of
the
spectrum
available
to
it
and
continues
data
transmission.
Corinex

Quality-of-Service
(QoS)
is
built
into
the
